  • create an account through Hapana; 

  • sign up for a membership, class pack, introductory offer, waitlist or event; 

  • book or attend a class;

We may also receive personal information from third parties where you have authorised this, or where it is necessary for us to provide our services. This may include Hapana, Ezypay, payment processors, referral partners, event organisers, marketing platforms or other service providers.

3. Sensitive and health information

Because RISE provides fitness and movement-based services, we may collect sensitive information about your health, physical condition or circumstances where this is relevant to your safe participation in classes.

  • injuries, pain, mobility limitations or physical restrictions;

4. Members aged 16 or 17

RISE allows people aged 16 or 17 to participate in classes only where a parent or guardian is present, or where RISE has otherwise approved the arrangement.

For members aged 16 or 17, we may collect parent or guardian contact details, consent information and emergency contact details. We may contact a parent or guardian in relation to bookings, safety, payments, incidents, emergencies, membership matters or any other matter relating to the minor’s participation at RISE.

5. How we use your personal information

RISE may use your personal information to:

  • provide our classes, memberships, facilities and services; 

  • create and manage your Hapana account; 

  • process bookings, cancellations, waitlists and attendance; 

  • process payments, direct debits, refunds and invoices through Ezypay or other payment providers;

RISE uses Hapana as its booking and membership management system and Ezypay for payment processing and direct debit services.

By attending RISE classes, events or studio activities, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be captured from time to time. Where practical, we will let members know when filming or photography is taking place.

If you do not want to be photographed, filmed or included in promotional content, please let us know. We will take reasonable steps to respect your preference.

9. CCTV

RISE may operate CCTV cameras at entrances to the building.

CCTV is used for safety, security, incident management and property protection. CCTV will not be used in bathrooms, changerooms or other private areas.

CCTV footage may be accessed by authorised RISE personnel or disclosed to building management, insurers, legal advisers, law enforcement, emergency services or regulators where reasonably necessary or required by law.
